Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Shipping in the USA is $3.99 or spend $30 get Free Shipping (no code needed).  All items are shipped from our Michigan Boutique by United States Postal System (USPS) with most orders received in 2-3 days in the USA. We strive to mail packages same day or next business day.  Although we cannot guarantee any delivery time due to postal system, holidays, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, just know we are trying very hard to get you your purchases asap!  

Coronavirus (COVID 19): Due to the current health concerns facing the pandemic Coronavirus we want to assure you that you are safe to continue placing orders as usual.  All clothing is stored securely with NO PUBLIC ACCESS.  All fashions are new with tags and sealed in plastic for your protection. International ShippingWe also ship internationally to select countries with postage prices set by international shipping rates at the time of purchase. Arrival time to may be delayed or extended due to customs. As with all our orders, we mail next business day but cannot guarantee 2-3 day arrival outside of the US.  But the wait is worth it, we promise.  Darn customs!

Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied simply return within 14 daystags attached in unworn condition. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Only products purchased at www.MomMeAndMore.com are eligible for a return and refunds. Products purchased off site are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. 

 Not eligible for returns:

  • Worn or Washed Items
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Non-factory damaged items
  • Items with tags not attached
  • Items purchased off site
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Damaged due to your error
  • Damage from washing machine
  • Damage due to heat drying
  • Any item that is returned after 14 days


Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only original price paid for items will be refunded minus shipping fees.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: CustomerService@MomMeAndMore.com
